So many of you have been asking what I ate to lose 14 pounds in a month! so here you go! keep in mind: I have a disorder and this is in no way a healthy way to lose weight.
So basically my diet consists of 100 calorie foods that can be interchanged throughout the day. I eat 4 sometimes 5 times a day. I don’t have time to work out so the only activity I get is walking around campus.
My food list:
peperidge farm mini bagel (100) w sugar free raspberry jam (10)
generic granola bar (100)
fiber one brownie (90)
yoplait light yogurt (100) *watch out for flavors that go over 100!
100 cal pack popcorn (100)
apple (35)
banana (90-100)
cereal (100) *i use the smallest amount of skim milk possible, just to get the cereal wet really.
campbells soup at hand (80)
1 tbsp peaunut butter (70)
This is the basic list, sometimes I will vary from this list but not often!
I eat at the following times each day.
9am
12noon
3pm
6pm
9pm *sometimes
So my daily meal plan would usually look something like this:
9am-cereal
12noon-yogurt
3pm-apple
6pm-soup at hand
9pm-fiber one brownie
total-305 cals
