I think the best thing to do in this situation would be to look at each day individually. Instead of saying “well I ate fast food yesterday, so I might as well eat ____ today.” Why don’t you look at each morning as a fresh start. I challenge myself to set three goals each morning, one relating to food, one relating to school/work, and one personal goal (not relating to school, work, or food.) I try to complete these each day. Make sure your goal is realistic. something like “I want to avoid eating ____, since I have been craving it this week” not something like “I want to loose two pounds today.” Focus on the small things, they will add up.
