I think you should start by trying to focus on loosing 5 pounds. If you break it up into smaller goals it’ll be easier to manage. Don’t be so down on yourself about what you’ve let yourself become, be excited about what you can turn yourself into (: I would suggest setting your first goal at loosing 8 pounds by Jan 1st. Week one you should cut out all fast food and high sugar food (junk food) anything like cake, cookies, chips, brownies, ice cream, etc. I know these things are tasty, and you’ll be able to eat them again! DONT WORRY! haha but for the first few weeks you’ll have to go without. This will take a lot of will power!! At the end of the first week start a food journal, you don’t need anything fancy, just a notebook and pen. Write down everything you eat, EVERYTHING, every crumb. lower your daily cal intake by 100 calories each week untill you are at around 800 cals a day. I personally don’t subtract outtake, I exercise as much as I can, but view it as extra credit.

You will loose lots quickly, but you will eventually level out, then it is time to lower to 600 cals a day. try to stick with all natural food, as much fresh produce as possible. I take calcium, folic acid, and magnesium vitamins each day to make up for the meat I don’t eat. I only eat lean chicken, but I just suggest avoiding red meat.
