You can probably reach that goal by the end of october if not earlier! (: You should be eating around 800-1000 cals per day for the first two weeks, then lowere to 600-800 for the rest of the time. you should do cardio at least 30 min/ 5 days per week. You should also do strenght exercises to tone muscles, like arms workouts, leg workouts, and ab workouts. hope this helps!

I’m the same way! I only do cardio, well I do ab workouts too but no other weight training. Anyways, a realistic date for your goal would be somewhere around Nov 15th. (: I think you should start slowly, lower your cal intake to about 1200 cals per day to start, add at elast 30min cardio each 6 days of the week (one day off). the second week lower to 1000 cals per day and add 10 min more cardio to each day, keep with this pattern untill you are at at the least 800 cals per day and preferably around 1hr cardio each day (break this into two 30 min workouts if you want!) hope this helps!

I posted on my Tumblr asking for help as I've been stuck at the same weight for ages now (between 112 and 115). I've tried the healthy way, I've tried everything. Now, I've been restricting a lot - eating about 400 calories a day, but 600-700 one day a week to boost metabolism. Before you lecture, I already have an eating disorder, so I'm not worried about avoiding that - I'm too far down that path. I don't purge or anything and I burn about 200-400 calories a day from walking.
I'm just not losing any weight. At all. I don't understand. I was wondering if you could help me figure out how to kick-start this back into action?

I had this problem recently too! I just kept to the same EXACT routine every day, 8000 cals, 30 min of cardio. and some muscle toning exercises. I had to do this everyday for seven days before I lost anything, then I only lost 0.4 pounds. I kept going and It’s still been coming off but slowly. It’s a plateau and it’s not your fault that Your stuck it’s like It has to come off slowly at this point, then hopefully speed up again in a bit. hope this helps (:

Do you have a heavier breakfast and eat lighter in the night? iv been doing it opposite way really and think prob better eating more earlier so chance to burn it off in the day. if you can help with any ideas that would be great. thanks x
I think it’s important for you to eat a breakfast that is a little bigget than the other meals in your day. I also believe in eating six small meals throughout the day. honestly I would suggest talking to a nutritionist/dietician since you have alot that you want lose. I can give you some advice but they would know best. I think you should start by monitoring what you eat and making simple changes like fruit instead of snack food, whole wheat cereals, pastas, and breaad. and lower the amount of dairy (except yogurt) that you eat. Okay you want to lose 30 pounds in about 2 and a half weeks, thats more than 10 pounds a week! probably not possible. a more realistic goal would be to be at you 115 goal weight by around sept. 20th. you can still lose about 10-12 pounds by aug 13 though! I think you should probably start with a three day cleansing fast, only eat fresh veggies and one serving of fresh fruit a day. make sure to drink loads of water. after that 800 cals a day and at least 30 min exercise should do it! good luck!

Okay so you want to lose 48 pounds. I think you should use a varying calorie diet, like the 2468 diet. I would do it backwards though so day 1:800 cals, day 2:600 cals, day 3:400 cals, day 4:200 cals. if those calorie counts are too low for you add 100 or 200 to each day. I dont suggest diet pills, just because they almost never work and end up causing more complications than they’re worth. hope this helps (: good luck!

42 pounds will come off in around 14 weeks, you can shorten this time by working out more or eating less than what I suggest! I looked at your daily plan, idk if you are still following this, but I think you should up each exercise by ten minutes. those workouts you are using are great, I was using those for a bit too. keep up with your water amounts too. I think you should make sure your calorie count for the day stays under 800 at first, then after 3 weeks under 650. Make sure breakfast is your highest cal meal of all three to boost your metabolism! good luck! <3
45 pounds in six weeks if you start monday. Okay I don’t know if you can loose that amount by september 1st, but I think you could loose it by the end of september or very beginning of october. You can probably loose around 25 pounds in the time before september, which is still a good amount! I would suggest a cleansing juice fast to start, just 24 hours (or longer if you want) drink 100% fruit juice and water only. Then after that, to see dramatic results you’ll have to seriously lower your cal intake, around 800/day tops. make sure you exercise everyday too! on days you dont feel like it, force yourself to at the very least walk for ten min. if you cheat or mess up, dont get discouraged! just keep going!

My advice to you would be to eat a varying calorie diet. for three days eat as you usuall do but keep track of every calorie. even one bite. EVERYTHING. and then take that number and subtract 200 calories, so if your starting amount was 1400 cals, now it will be 1200. eat this for five days. then subtract 200 more, so 1000, five days. then subtract 200 more, 800 for five days. you can keep it at 800 once you get there or even go down to 600 per day.
Also if you mess up, dont give up and dont start over. just keep working at it. I usually give myself a small treat each week that i dont count in my calories just so that i dont ruin my diet completely.
