Tip to be tested: Eat with your nondominant hand.

Results: This made me eat slower and think about the movement from the plate to my mouth. It makes you feel fuller quicker, but make sure you still take small portions because the extra food can be tempting!

Tip to be tested: When you are hungry eat ice chips, it feels like you are eating with zero calories.

Results: This actually works really well to trick your body into thinking it’s eating something, but after awhile it started to hurt my teeth!

Tip tp be tested
: Make a list of all the reasons why you shouldn’t eat, and read it at least 20 times.

Results: This is really motivating, but you can’t just do it once and be done with it. Make the list, then read it at least twice each morning. Reading it twenty times seamed like a little overkill to me, but might help some people.
